SILENCE OF THE "CREAM"

Almost exactly three months of silence…I repeat THREE months…that is a very loooooong time. Reason? Just don’t feel like writing…need I say more.
And here I am with my largest cake to date. An A3 size cake…bigger actually 12” x 16” football field with a half ball in the center. Chocolate cake fans….go crazy here!!! Lots of chocolate cake covered with chocolate ganache. Errr…Soccer fans you can go crazy too.

A friend of a friend wanted a soccer cake for her two sons' birthdays. This is the fifth time I made such cake. This time the ball is Vanilla Buttercake & the field base is Orange Buttercake.
Glad to make some kids (& parents too!) happy.
